Helping everyone to stay protected
Compliance in the UK healthcare system has never been more important, and it is vital that all your training, qualifications and inoculations are up to date and completed before you start work with Synergy Medical.
Synergy Medical takes every step possible to maintain our high standards, and as such is a Crown Commercial Service approved agency with a place on the medical staffing framework, and London Procurement Programme (LPP) incorporating the East of England NHS Collaborative Procurement Hub and the North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative.
The compliance system is in place to ensure you can only be placed in a role once you have completed a detailed registration process, to help keep you, your employer, and most of all, your patients protected. All relevant employment, training, DBS checks and references are confirmed, and your work record is checked again for each assignment.
As part of your registration and application process you'll be asked to join us for a face to face interview, during which all relevant documentation will be verified by a qualified nurse, and we also have a professional compliance team who work with our candidates and clients on a daily basis.
If you unable to meet with us in our Synergy Medical branches, don't worry, we also have a road based compliance team and our roamers are able to meet you near to your work or home at flexible times.
Our compliance team will help you to ensure your documentation is not only in order but also up to date.
