Job Description

We are currently recruiting experienced Scrub Practitioners to work within a well-established private hospital in Manchester.

The successful candidate will provide safe and effective perioperative care, working as part of the theatre team to support surgical procedures. Responsibilities will include preparing the operating theatre, checking and maintaining surgical instruments and equipment, assisting surgeons during procedures, maintaining sterile techniques, completing accurate documentation and ensuring patient safety throughout the surgical pathway.

We are looking for professional, reliable and confident practitioners with previous UK theatre/scrub experience, who can work effectively in a busy operating theatre environment and maintain high standards of patient care and safety.

RequirementsCurrent NMC registration or relevant professional registrationPrevious UK Scrub/Theatre experienceExperience working within a surgical environmentGood knowledge of infection prevention and sterile techniquesStrong clinical and communication skillsAbility to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary theatre teamRight to work in the UKShifts Available
